Via della Campana is one of the historic staircases leading to Forte Stella and the Napoleonic residence of Mulini. The nearest beaches, such as Le Viste, La Padulella, Capo Bianco, and Le Ghiaie, are characterized by white pebbles and crystal-clear waters, and offer beach facilities, bars, and restaurants.

Portoferraio is rich in amenities, including restaurants, bars, shops, and the beautiful Medici marina, ideal for evening strolls. The town is well connected by public transport, allowing easy access to other parts of the island.

The apartment does not have private parking, but public parking is available about 700 meters away. There is a large paid parking lot nearby, which is free from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
