Laura Apartment

The apartment is located on the first floor of a building, surrounded by nature and overlooking the Bay of Mola. Just 100 meters away is the Dog Beach, a beach of mixed sand and gravel dedicated to our four-legged friends. The renowned beaches of Lido di Capoliveri, Zuccale, and Barabarca can be reached in just a few minutes by car, as well as the lively centers of Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri.

It is situated opposite the harbor of Baia di Mola, a natural harbor sheltered from most winds. Here, from May to October, there is a buoy field offering mooring for boats from 4 to 16 meters.

The apartment is spread over two levels: a living area with a kitchenette, a sleeping area with two single beds and a folding door, a second bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower cabin, and two additional single beds on the attic. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and a parking space on the premises. Outside, there is an equipped communal area with tables and chairs for the guests of the complex.

In 2 minutes by car, you can reach the Coop supermarket in Mola and the petrol station, and in just 5 minutes by car, all the services of Porto Azzurro, which is only 1 km away. About 4 km from Capoliveri, just a few minutes drive from the most famous beaches of the southeastern coast.
