The apartment is equipped with air conditioning to ensure comfort even during the warmer days, as well as a windowed bathroom with shower, practical and fully fitted. Outside, there is a small furnished area with a table, chairs and a bench; although it is a compact space located along the passage leading to other apartments in the alley, it is still a nice spot for enjoying breakfast outdoors or taking a short break in the open air.

One of the apartment’s main strengths is its location. Situated in Vicolo Montebello, just a few steps from the main square and the seafront, it allows guests to reach bars, restaurants, gelaterias, shops, supermarkets and the marina within a few minutes, from where boat excursions depart along the coast of Elba Island. Being right in the center of the village, with bars and restaurants close by, the apartment is immersed in the lively atmosphere of Porto Azzurro: a pub is located directly below the accommodation and, in the evening, it plays some music, creating a pleasant background sound that adds to the typical summer evening charm.

The nearest beaches are easily accessible even without a car: Barbarossa Beach can be reached in about 15–20 minutes on foot, while Lido di Capoliveri Beach, known for its fine sand and shallow waters, is about a 5-minute drive away or reachable by public transport. Capoliveri is also just a few minutes away by car, with its panoramic historic center and the many trails crossing Monte Calamita.

The area is particularly appreciated by nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts, thanks to panoramic hiking and mountain biking trails, coastal paths, routes through Mediterranean vegetation and ancient mining areas, as well as numerous opportunities for snorkeling, diving and water sports.

The apartment can be reached exclusively on foot via a staircase of 7 fairly high steps, a typical feature of the historic center. There is no private parking, but free public parking is available approximately a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
