The apartment features a sea-view terrace and consists of a living area with a glass-ceramic kitchenette and a foldaway double bed, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower box, bidet, and window.
The terrace is enclosed with a gate, making it ideal for stays with four-legged friends, and is furnished with a table, chairs, sun loungers, and parasol.

Thanks to its strategic location for visiting Elba, Villa Marinella is just a few minutes’ drive from Porto Azzurro, a charming seaside town. The stunning landscape offers views of the sea and the wooded hills of Capoliveri.

The villa is located in an elevated position and can be reached by car via a 100-meter uphill unpaved road.

The well-known beaches of Lido di Capoliveri, Zuccale, and Barabarca are just a few minutes’ drive away, as are the lively towns of Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri.

Situated opposite the landing area of the Bay of Mola, a natural harbor sheltered from most winds, where an active mooring field is available from May to October, offering berths for boats from 4 to 16 meters. At 150 meters there is a Dog Beach, a sandy and gravel beach dedicated to our four-legged friends.

A 2-minute drive takes you to the Coop supermarket of Mola and a gas station, while all services in Porto Azzurro, just 1 km away, can be reached in about 5 minutes. Capoliveri is approximately 4 km away, and the apartment is close to the most renowned beaches of the south-eastern coast of the island.
