Axel - Villa Marinella

Axel Apartment is a spacious ground-floor studio located in Villa Marinella, a villa overlooking the Gulf of Mola with panoramic views of the sea and Capoliveri.

The apartment features a sea-view garden and consists of a living area with an induction kitchenette, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a foldaway double bed. A wardrobe separates the living area from the sleeping area, which includes a double bed and a bathroom with shower box and window.
The apartment is equipped with mosquito screens on the windows, a small covered porch with a table, and a garden furnished with table, chairs, sun loungers, and parasol.

Thanks to its strategic location for visiting Elba, Villa Marinella is just a few minutes’ drive from Porto Azzurro, a charming seaside town. The stunning landscape offers views of the sea and the wooded hills of Capoliveri.

The villa is located in an elevated position and can be reached by car via a 100-meter uphill unpaved road.

The well-known beaches of Lido di Capoliveri, Zuccale, and Barabarca are just a few minutes’ drive away, as are the lively towns of Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri.

Located opposite the landing area of the Bay of Mola, a natural harbor sheltered from most winds, where an active mooring field is available from May to October, offering berths for boats from 4 to 16 meters. At 150 meters there is a Dog Beach, a sandy and gravel beach dedicated to our four-legged friends.

A 2-minute drive takes you to the Coop supermarket of Mola and a gas station, while all services in Porto Azzurro—just 1 km away—can be reached in about 5 minutes. Capoliveri is approximately 4 km away, and the apartment is close to the most renowned beaches of the south-eastern coast of the island.
